I will never understand why these cars are allowed to stay more than a year. Change the law to allow the transfer of ownership to the garage, tow them out, get them running as cheaply as possible, then sell at auction, preferably a charity auction.

You’d also think so,e of them have to have Leins on them. Wouldn’t the bank that owns then want to collect them.
